About Us
We are a group of Hong Kong tertiary students currently studying in the Community College of City University. Following the footsteps of our seniors, this tour de Taiwan is student-led and managed as a semester end non-credit bearing project.
Summer time! Our energy shall be spent outside classroom, away from dimly cold library corners and noisy lecture theatres! We need SUNSHINE and FRESHAIR!
我們是一班來至香港城市大學專上學院的大專生。歷年來，環台單車挑戰是一個學生籌辨及管理，在學期尾不含學分的活動。
炎炎夏日，我們應將活力四射出班房外，離開寒冷的圖書館和嘈吵的講課廳！莘莘學子需要的是陽光和新鮮空氣！
This project is part of the “Goal Through Perseverance” theme of the Career-Personal-Academic development aka C.P.A. Initiatives developed to improve the quality of campus life for accountancy students, mostly. Pulling us out of comfort zones, pushing our mental and physical faculties to new limits, this project shall be our ultimate CHALLENGES! ….well, for now.
這個活動是“Goal Through Perseverance”中，Career-Personal-Academic development 又名 C.P.A. Initiatives的其中一個計劃，目的是以會計系同學為主，改善同學的校園生活，環台單車挑戰是我們的終極挑戰！‧‧‧以現在來說。
These are our challenges:

Through cloud and offline means, we each to raise USD1,800 from the four corners of the earth, with each and everyone of us commiting to personally securing at least 10% of the cost from no less than 20 non-family members.

Complete within 5 days, cycling around Taiwan from the city of Kaohsiung via the island’s eastern Hualien, and cycling from Tamsui to the southern tip and head north bound to Taipei, covering approximately 600km distance. (Updates, please refer to the routes below)

Charity perseverance by doing voluntary work with Taiwan organizations.
Speaking of student exchange in National University of Kaohsiung, Shih Chien University and National Cheng Kung University, we are planning to exchange at the end of our tour because students in Taiwan will have exam in the mid of June.
At the end of our tour, we will enjoy beautiful sunset at the northern tip of Taiwan, and the famous Fugueijiao Lighthouse.
Aiming to form a team of 20 brave members, we now have 19 core and are still recruiting to reach the maximum of 40.
With Angel Sponsor from our coach Mr. Julian Liew, who has motivated the previous 3 tour de Taiwan (2013, 2014, 2015), and family members, we hope to secure further financial support from YOU!
以下是我們需要經歷的挑戰：
1 – 透過網路籌款和線下支付，我地會向四面八方的地球村朋友，籌得每人USD1,800。每位團員亦會向20位非家屬，籌得成本的最少10%。
2 – 於五日內完成由台灣南端的高雄，騎腳踏車一直到東面的花蓬，再由淡水出發騎往台北的最北面，路程大約為600公里。（已更改，詳情留認下圖的路線階段。）
3 – 為台灣機構作慈善活動、義工。
我們會與高雄和台南的大學進行交流，包括高雄大學、實踐大學和成功大學，但因當地學生正進行考試，所以交流會在行程完結前進行。
在行程的最後，我們會在台灣的最北部，有名的富貴角燈塔欣賞日落。
我們的目標是組成20位騎車勇士，現在有19位核心成員，正邁向40人。
